I am moving across the country and found Camden to be nice and very helpful in my state. So naturally I decided to try out the property since it was near my office. I meet Erin Farris and she was very nice. I was a bit apprehensive to rent but I decided to stop by randomly to see what kind of place it really was. Erin was very knowledgeable and nice in the initial visit. The apartment was very spacious. I was initially quote 767 but then upon the visit I was told it would be 890. I liked the apartment so much I decided to rent it. I was informed that I could not put a payment that day but Erin assured me that she would call me in Nov. Fast forward and it is Dec. Erin has not returned my 12 calls... there is a lady that claims that she is busy everytime I call...If this is how they treat potential tenats then I am extremely happy that I did not sign a lease... So if you are moving to Az from another state - pass on this one. The management team does not care and they are shady!
