The only nice thing about reading all of these horrible reviews is to know that at least I am not the only one have a horrible experience!!!
The maintenance staff is the worst and no one at the front office gives a damn about it! If I am lucky, I will get something fixed within one week's time. When something gets fixed that quickly, I usually go out and buy a lottery ticket because it must be my lucky day!
I also have crazy high water bills even though I live alone and get water delivered to my apartment.
I deeply regret my decision to move in here. I wish that I had read the reviews on this website before moving in. I can't wait until my lease is up so that I can move out!!!

your water bills are crazy high, because they average the monthly usage of the ENTIRE complex per your unit size. gotta love the honesty from them!
