Semi Luxory apartments and hopeless service

I just joined Camden Legacy, the following are the things I could notice in my short span.
Pros
1. Apartments are comfortable enough and designed well. House appliances are good.
2. Environment is good. Lots of trees/plants inside.
3. Nice Gym and pool.
Cons
1. If I have to describe the office staff in one word it would be 'ARROGANT'. They will listen to you patiently only till the time you rent the apartment, after you rent it, you need to beg running behind them.
2. I made a complaint on AC and ceiling fan. I had to remind them 3 times to get the job done, believe me its not done yet.
3. Parking is horrible. If you just have 1 car, you are safe. Very less number of Visitor parking. Your car will be towed away immediately if you park it wrong.
If you ask me, I would suggest that you might get much better apartments for a better price than Camden in this scottsdale area. checkout Ventana, Las hadas... I heard they are nice
