I have been living at camden legacy for about 7 months now, and compared to other apartments i have lived at in scottsdale they are very nice and the parking, at least by my apartment is good. You do only get one parking space, which is what majority of scottsdale apartments do, but they also offer you to rent another one out, which out of the other 4 apartment complexes i have lived in in scottsdale is the first. Of coarse occasionally when i come home late at night it will be tricky to find a space but very rarely is it hard to find one. My apartment is nice, and spacious, i have an actual laundry room, instead of a laundry closet like most other places. The Gym is brand new has 4 treadmills, a bike, an oliptical, free weights, and several other weight machine. The pools are open 24 hours a day which is awesome, i have never seen another apartment complex that doesnt close the pool at night. Paying rent is easy because you can do it online, which is also a first i have seen in scottsdale. They are several pools and jucuzzi's and the complex is very quiet and gated. The office staff has always taken care of any problem i've had, i will say that every time something has been broken, it has been fixed within a day or two. I just absolutly love this place and will continue to rent here until i buy a house!

Ok obviously this is one of the staff members in the office! They addressed every issue with everyone else's complaint and named every piece of equipment in the gym! Who pays that close attention to details like that? And then to give it a 5 out of 5. Please this place is not even close to that perfect. I would listen to ones that actually sound like they are true residents!

Yeah whatever, I know a staff member at Camden and coincidentally you type just like them, same style and everything??? Do you really think youre fooling anyone..?? Durrr I just happen to know every single piece of gym equipment and just happen to talk like Billy Mays from the OxyClean infomercials, but I swear, IM NOT STAFF!!! Please.....

ba-hahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahaha!!! ok, really i am a RESIDENT that does not get paid by camden legacy, i am a nurse at a hospital, not an employee of any apartment complex office. Its still pretty creepy that you would know how one of the office staff member types! stalker, get a life, and stop watching infomercials, its not good for your psyceee.! No, but seriously how would you know how a staff member types this really concerns me that you are sitting at your computer comparing verbage, of a letter you recieved or something.. probably a reply to all your complaining lol!! billy mays rocks anyhow, pitchmen is a truly epic show !!:):)
