I've lived here since Mid-February and I really like it, yes they had to come in and fix my dishwasher, but other than that, I've had no problems here, the staff is sometimes clueless, but other than that I like it. I like the space and you really can't beat the price, I have an attached garage, so parking is never an issue for me, I priced the other smaller places in this area and the 1 bdrms are more than the two bed, two baths I have. Let's talk about the kitchen area, spacious, like living in a house. I enjoy living here and more importantly I'm getting my money's worth.
I went over the reviews here before I moved in and I'm glad I ignored them. The people that are complaining were probably problem, late paying, noise maker's. If you're smart you'll move in and enjoy!

I am glad you liked your apartment when myself and others did not. However, to try and characterize others who shared their reviews with you as "problem, late paying, noise maker's" is simply wrong. I paid my rent on time, made very little noise and created no problems. That said, throughout my stay at this property I was lied to by the staff and ignored when I requested repairs. I am glad you shared your review, but since you do not know me please do not make remarks about the reasons I left a bad review for this complex!

I always paid my rent on time and I never received a complaint from the front office or any of my neighbors. I do, however, have plenty of complaints about Camden Legacy. The fact that you are trying to write the rest of us makes me think that you work for Camden Legacy.

I am a current tenant. There is a reason that tenants are consistently complaining about Camden being liars. It's really about their hidden fees. I can't honestly say they lied to me directly, but they definitely didn't tell me the whole truth about the TRUE cost of living here. On the surface, they will get many people interested in their apartment community. If you are planning on renting here, just make sure you understand what your TOTAL costs will be. If they do that, and you are okay with the extra $100/month, you will probably love it here...(just don't have any guests over, parking is scarce)
