I live here now and while I like the apartment community, the parking is a problem at times. I have rented an assigned space and even have a hard time keeping people from parking in it at times. The lighting on the property could be alot better, especially around the apartment walkways and parking lots. There are a few shopping carts near garbage dumpsters, not sure why mgt doesn't address this' The workout facility is a bit small for the size of the complex, but it doesn't seem to be very busy. All in all my main complaint so far has to be the parking situation, the price for a 2br is about market price. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and 2 blocks off the 101 freeway. We like the location very well. Pretty quiet overall.
