Don't forget about the power going out randomly...the ghetto nasty cars that are abandoned there....shoddy maintenance....etc. I hear ya man!! Move out, it was the best thing that I ever did.

What's so wrong about a lot of latinos. You do live in Arizona where that is a majority. I take it you are not a latino. I am not either but this is where you live if you don't like it move north
