ANYONE who has been turned down by this complex for no other reason than a DUI on his/her record. Call your attorneys!! You can sue them.
It is ILLEGAL to deny someone a place to live because of a DUI. They stopped doing it (turning away prospective tenents because of a DUI), but they should be held accountable for all the people they turned away before! But alas, it's a good thing you didn't end up there anyway, I hear it sucks... vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
