If your idea of nice and quiet is a bunch of rich kids running around having their parents pay for an apartment that they treat like ---- and don't know the meaning of respect for other people, then this is the place for you. My lease is up in 2 months (thank God). I would never come back to this place if someone paid me a million dollars. When I first moved in I had gone to work and came home and there were dirty footprints on my rug (mind you I live with my 3 yr old) so I wonder where those came from, oh and lets not forget I woke up to someone trying to come into my apartment with a key, I had the chain on and its a good thing my boyfriend was there with me (still don't know who it was) and this was at 2 in the morninig. The appliances are horrible, the dryer takes anyhwere from 2-3 hours to dry one load of laundry and the dishwaher always has nasty water laying at the bottom of it, oh and the shower... just be prepared to be blasted with either freezing cold water or scorching hot(you don't have a choice in this one, sorry). I had roaches, the people are loud and obnoxious and the domestic issues with these stupid girls and there out of control boyfriends/husbands are enough to make you want to commit yourself to a psych ward. Oh, and the parking' If you don't mind getting in a mile walk each time you need to get to your car then you're fine. The staff is horrible and could care less, and that parking spot that you walk 5 years to get to, is usually occupied my some as*h@le who thinks they can park wherever they want. DO NOT MOVE HERE, I'll be out of here and will NEVER EVER come back. Not worth the money, especially considering my rent will be raised $250 dollars once my lease is up because I'm such a "valued" resident...my ass!

I agree about the water, they turned off the hot water without warning once when my wife was in the shower, I called the office and the lady said: -"I know, we were expecting calls and you are the first", so what!
