I've been living here over a month, and haven't had any problems. In fact it seems like these people that write the neg reviews live in a different complex then me. Seriously everyone is pretty friendly in the community. There are some ppl that want to be left alone and don't want to make friends, I understand as long as they don't bother me.

I have had a couple minor maintenance request. The guy came to fix them within 48 hours. The grounds & pool are pretty clean. It's really a nice place for the $$$. I have never had a parking problem. No one was ever in my spot and there seems like there is extra spaces available. It seems very safe here. There is a mixture of singles, couples, families, professionals, students and seniors living here.

I really don't think you can do better for this price in this area. I can walk to Old Town in 15 min only a mile from the mall. I really wanted to live in the Palladium or San marin but they are way overpriced. Camellero is just fine for me until i can buy a place. If you have questions email me, i try to help email
