Camellero Apartments

Has gone downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   I have lived here for many years. From time to time there have been some noise problems but I have never experienced problems like I am right now. There is an apartment that holds band practice on a regular basis at all hours of the day. I do not live right next to these people yet my things in my apartment vibrate. I have talked to just about every member of the office staff and the problem has not been resolved. I have left a message for the manager and have yet to hear back. I have had more people parking in my spot in the last 2 months than I have in all of my 6 years in this apartment. The majority of the tenants they are leasing to are young and have absolutely no respect for anyone or anything other than themselves. I want to move but I will probably have to live here for one more year. When I received my renewal 6 weeks ago, I gave the manager a list of items that needed to be repaired. To this day, nothing has been fixed.
