There was construction going on the entire 6 months I lived there, and my car (along with 18 other residents) was towed once when they were trying to repave the parking lot, because they only posted the notices at 9pm the night before, and expected all cars to be moved by 7am the next morning! Mine was towed at 6:30! And they charged me $130 to get it back, and I had to drive 35 miles to the towing yard to get it! They lied to me, saying they would pay for it since it was their error, and it was never credited. When I moved out they charged me $400 in damages for things like carpet fraying that I clearly noted was there when we moved in! The apartment staff are nice until you sign the lease, then they don't care about you. The washer is slow, and the dryer took 3-4 hours to dry a small load, even after repeated maintenance calls. The lights went out on the starcases and they were never replaced. My neighbor tripped and fell and was hospitalized because of it. The tennants are always very loud and management never did anything about it. People are always parking in your covered spot, and there is very little extra parking. It is gated, but it was always broken and they didn't fix it for months. It was only operational for three weeks out of the 6 months I lived there! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I agree 100%... I always have to go and talk to the neighbor personaly... putting myself in danger of retaliation (I have seen some cars vandalized)
