I am one of the 5 black people living in Camellero (LOL). Well, my lease is up on August 14, 2006 and I have been here for over 10 months. I was lucky enough to get one of there better 1 bedroom apartments. (The pie shaped ones). Outside of those - the Camellero Apartments are becoming overpriced due to the condo conversions in Scottsdale. Overall, the complex is fine. I never heard of any violence or loud noise at night. I am moving to North Scottsdale cause they have better deals right now than around Old Town Scottsdale. Also, Camellero wanted me to renew my lease for $763 per month when it is currently $693. HELL NAW!!!
