1st of all when we originally moved in earlier this year the office had stated we could do certain things in the apartment and had made certain promises, and after we had moved in and requested the work to be done then they came back and said they could not do it for whatever various reasons, The Maintnance supervisor Mark at the facility is about the cheapest person I have ever met, I have to wonder to myself why a complex that is pulling in about 500 thousand dollars or so a month in rents continues to spend money to repair things that really should be replaced, like garbage disposals, vehicle gates outside that continiously breakdown and so on, this man is not the brightest marble in the set, i mean what kind of idiot puts backlit digital timers that dont work half the time on a jacuzzi thinking it is going to be more cost efficent' I would think the stand old fashioned dial style non electric timer was more efficent. The mailboxes in some buildings dont properly lock or can be easlily opened, a broken elevator for months in another building, the parking absoluetly sucks, our spot is way the hell down on the other end of the complex as to where our apartment is, once the staff have u sign that lease then they could care less about you and I am about tired of the crap and plan to take some legal action very soon if immediate changes are not made at this complex.

i have the same exact probelm as the guy above me^. i moved out b/c i had termites in my apt 3 diff times and now there trying to charge me with carpet damages when the termites were coming up from my carpet. in the contract it says that if you are living in an unliviable condition that they will not charge ou rent. they never told me that and i had to re look in the paper work to find it so no im trying to get my 2 months of rent back since living with termiets for 2 monts is a health concern!!!
