I have lived here for almost ten years. Yes, when i first moved in my rent was very low. I understood this considering the market was different from today when I first moved in. My renewal rate did increase about 20%. I was able to speak with a manager to decrease it to 10%. I highly recommend Camellero. Not only are the staff pleasant but the area is very easy for my lifestyle.
I've read some other ratings and believe them to be ignorant of the real estate market and just plain dumb. Those people don't think.

Plain dumb I disagree I have read those same ratings and agree with them. The water is always geting turned off, the office staff can be rude and unorganized (the sent me letter my rent was late and i owed, I brought in a copy of check that cleared before the 1st and after one more week and an evection notice and me calling them constantly trying to fix it and them being short and rude they found their error.) and also the discount was good when Sharon was manager but now they act like you are getting a deal, which they said I was until I talked with new tenats and they are paying the same amount i am for the same style apt, so actually I am not getting any deal.. and I have been here 6 years. When Sharon left everything changed including a deal on rent for being here so long. It is a great area but there are other apt for the same price or better price around here.
