Noisy and smelly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My only complain is that I can hear all the noise from my next door neighbors and from the level below... radio, tv, voices, you name it. And this is all day and night. Some neighbors think they have a recording studio and play musical instruments loud. The noise from people in their balconies or from the people yelling in the pool is annoying. The smell of cigarettes and food flows from the level below into our apartment. I hate it, and I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave!
