I went here to look for an apartment before reading all these things on here about this place. The lady in the office told me that I would have to pay $80 plus tax for credit checks for my husband and myself BEFORE seeing the apartment. I asked her, "what if we do not like the apartment and decide not to rent here'" She told me "well you won't receive that money back." What kind of crap is that' Have you ever heard of such a thing' Pay before you look' If you go by this place and start thinking, wow, this looks like a nice place to live, K E E P D R I V I N G ! ! !

I won't go deal with the office anymore the last two months I have been given these extra charges and have no idea why and I refuse to pay them because they can't tell me why. They blame it on the computer system but they say pay it so i dont get evicted and than they will figure it out. NO....do your job and you figure it out. It is for only thirty two dollars and I was told I could be evicted. I went in and talked with the manager about it and she figured it out and it was their error. She did apologize. Than they want to raise my rent 100.00 ... I will not be renewing. The girl who does the books is as sharp as a marble They use to give you a great deal if you were renewing your lease but not anymore, which stinks cause I have to move now and hate moving. With a 100.00 increase, I have no choice. The gate is always broken which i dont mind cause my card to get in is always broken. Not being able to pick your own phone company is not a good thing either, i do agree. Also after your rent you also have to pay water which mine is about 40 dollars and renters insurance (you have to have it or they raise your rent) is about 20 dollars so it soes add up whatever your rent is figure out about 80 dollars more than that cause they also dont tell you that the rent charge doesnt always include your tax. Last thing DONT forget to ask where you parking spot is and if you will be compensated when they turn the water off which is often.
