I have to say this is the worst place i have ever rented. The people that are in the office are so rude and have no idea what they are doing. You have a problem and need maintenance and you have to call the office at least three times before they send someone out to fix anything and than its usually not fixed right so you have to call back. The people in the office are so rude. The don't help at all and have been treated so bad by a few of them. The girl who works the books Erica is rude and very unprofessional. She has not a clue how to interact with people or do her job right and she doesnt return calls and when she does she is not nice. My husband and I still have friends that are there and they are looking to get out also and go where the old manager is now. When I went in to talk with Erica she was rude and didnt help me, my husband than went in and showed her the errors she made and she said she would figure it out later and get back to us. Did she, no. We than went in to talk with her and she was acting like we did something wrong cause we found a mistake in our bill. She makes a lot of mistakes so watch your billing. It USE to be a good place to live cause you had great people in the office that did their job. The parking is a joke you may have to park very very far away from your apartment and they dont tell you that or that you have to pay water sewer and trash that can total over 50.00. They dont tell you that they have a contract with quest and you cant get a phone with anyone else. Which is bad cause you can get a package deal with Cox. I moved out and paid to break my lease because it was a depressing place to live. also you have to have renters insurance which is ok but they dont tell you that. It is suppose to be a gated community but the gatte is always broken and since I have lived here I have heard three cars were stolen. I would tell anyone dont live there you will not be happy. If you like the area across the street are nice places that are cheaper. We have now bought a house and that is another thing we were told our money would go towards a new build, good luck getting that information. They could never give me an amout that i could put towards a new house and the amount that was offered to us was much lower than we figured out and was told by Erica that it is by points and that it is difficult to explain so she didnt. It wasnt always this bad here and if they had new office people it might make a little difference. but overall I would not suggest Camerello. The offer great deals for certain companies but in the end the get there money and you get no deal.

This place is bad. I have been given so many different charges since Lori left and get no help from the office. I know I have given them more money than I should and am now trying to get the money back but i never get my calls returned and that girl Erika is always to busy to help when I do call. I just sent a certified letter to corporate asking them to help figure this out and that I am very unhappy. I also called tenat/landlord laws in az and was told what Erika was doing was illegal.. She had to give you some type of notice that you owe extra and give you time to pay I only got one day. The day after i spoke with her there was an eviction notice on my door. Also the charges were suppose to be for water sewer and trash and they cant evict you for that, only rent. and it was about one hundred dollars I had to pay with out any explaination or proof that I owe. Now with my time off I get to deal with this.. not worth living here for that kind of headache. I have about 8 months left on my lease and I am sure once they find out I have gone to corporate with this and filed a claim agaisnt them, it will be even worse.
