My husband and our two kids have lived here for about a year now and have no complaints. The thing people have to remember is that apartment living is different and if certain things are of concern to you then you need to research the property before moving in. Yes, this is an older property and things are going to happen, that s just how it is and nobody has room to slander the property because of that, it doesn t mean that the management is poor. Right after we moved in our carpet started coming loose from the boards, all we had to do was let them know and they had AZ Carpet care come out and fix it. After a while we also noticed old stains coming up from the carpet and again, all we had to do was let them know and they had our carpet cleaned. About a month ago our washer/dryer broke because it was old and we had to do our laundry at their facilities, but we got a brand new one and you know what, life went on. I ve worked in property management for two years and let me tell you that it s like working at a daycare. People will complain about any and everything they can just to get something out of it.
