Do not live here.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   What a horrible experience. The Management is completely inept, the units are old and outdated and if your neighbors smoke, your apt will probably smell like smoke. It took the office 4 months to write up a new lease, I was in there twice a month to see if it was ready and then they started billing me the month to month rate. And my billing statements were wrong almost every month. The General Manager was completely useless when issues arose, which was often. The staff follows up on absolutely nothing so it is up to you to keep in touch with them and ask questions. I would not recommend living there. I am not sure how other Equity Residential properties compare, but I would just stay away from this company all together. Oh, and the dumpster was continually lit on fire. Not sure what that was all about. And when someone was parked in your assigned spot, they did absolutely nothing about it.
