I can see how some people are mostly complaining because of the neighbors, because honestly some neighbors suck. I am glad mine are considerate and keep quite within reasonable hours.
The girl I worked with at the management is Jenny, she was extremely helpful to me. I have not worked with the other ladies because now I just go to Jenny for my problems and they are usually taken care of within a couple of days.
It sucks that I have to pay water, sewage, trash, and insurance over the rental price, but for those people that are saying that they were not told about this, all I can say is read the stupid lease before you sign it. YES, it does say that you need a 60 day notice before vacating, top line right there. Don't complain about something you signed and agreed to. I have learned that if there is a problem with my neighbors or anything I just go straight to them, much better and quicker than going through management. The grounds are well kept, the pools are nice and for 600 units in the complex I think they are doing the best they could. Parking sucks because almost always they don't do anything about the guy who parked for 5 minutes in your spot, but because of that I usually take someone else's spot, and so on. It's a pretty safe neighborhood with some punk kids living in there, a good shouting at them and cop calling always helps, they're more scared of getting evicted than partying. This is not a long term living arrangement, so I am happy here for a couple or 3 years before I get a real life and move out.
