Ok, so I lived in Camellero a total of 2 years and 2 months. First 2 years, I rented a one bedroom in the newer building - closest to Camelback. I had some minor issues - mainly the apartments are just OLD. But, they don't fix anything, they just do a temporary fix - like, shove some putty on a hole or put a new lightbulb in a broken fixture. After 2 years, I then moved into a 2 bedroom in the old building, closer to Indian School. In two words: ROACHES EVERWHERE.

My neighbors were filthy and truly let their DOGS poop out on their balcony and didn't clean it. I complained about the roaches...about twenty times in two weeks, then I broke my lease and left. They didn't do all that much except allow me to leave, but, in the meantime, didn't do anything. The apartments are old as dirt and the tenants are low class. The apartments are CHEAP, that's why they attract low class people. This building belongs in Mesa or Guadalupe, or better yet, COMPTON. STAY AWAY. Oh, and there was a MURDER across the street and puke on my outside banister multiple times. It's just an all around SUPER place to live. Sign yourself up if you want to be miserable for the next 12 months.

Funny, we too transferred from one side of the complex to another and never had any of the problems you speak of. Also to assume that only low class people are attracted to there is completely insane, ever heard of multi housing? It means that all types of people live there and if you go off of your statement, what type of person does that make you? Oh, and yes, the apartments are old as ever, but you knew that when you moved in didn’t you? Also all of our appliances eventually broke and were promptly replaced with brand new ones… and we never threw a temper tantrum, maybe that’s just the difference between us and you, maturity.
