Mostly pros, some cons

I personally loved living at the Camellero. I loved the apartment I was in and where is was located. I thought the office staff was as helpful as can be when you are dealing with a very large complex. Some cons, I had a ant problem in my vanity area that was never resolved despite many calls throughout the year. My biggest complaint is what they charged me after moving out. Not only did I lose all my security deposit but they also charged me $500 for carpet replacement. The carpet was not damaged beyond usual wear and tear but of course that is not up for debate. I was also charged for pet carpet cleaning even though there was no stains or oders from my litter using cat. Isn't that why I paid the non-refundable pet fee when moving in' I just warn everyone to make sure you are present for the inspection when you move out. You can't argue something they already fixed.
