I have seen many other communities; this is pretty good. The floor plans are great, and the location too. The staff is always nice, repairs are done promptly. Yes, it is over 30 years old, as are most communities closer in town. If you want new you will be driving farther, and I would rather not. So I will make the best of it while I am here. No bug problems, some noise from neighbors' parties but not that often. Would have liked however more guest parking close by!
