I have been living there for almost a year and had to throw away a $2k bed because of a bed bug infestation. I have never had this problem with anywhere else I have ever lived and came to find out that there were 4 people living in my tiny 1 bedroom before I moved in. The complex hired an exterminator to come out and spray twice, and then turned around and tried to bill me for the extermination and carpet cleaning. I have been sleeping on the couch for 3 months and finally got a new bed last week, and guess what' I was bitten by bed bugs. Finally fed up, I talked to the least helpful management on the planet and told them that I refused to stay in that place anymore. They told me that I could move apts, but that I would have to pay $100 holding fee for the new apt, plus ANOTHER first and last months rent. So, I am out 1 bed, might be out another, and they are going to charge me for a problem that existed when I moved in there. Their response: I cant prove it.
Oh, and if you have kids, keep an eye on them. Most people tend to do 40 mph through the parking lot endangering everyone.

Wow! People need to report this management company. That is complete BS and much lack in decency and responsibilty from that staff. Maybe check out: www.arizonatenants.com
