Pools and landscaping are great, however, the interior of the apartments on the south side of the property show their age. Have lived in 3 different units on that side and had roach problems in the first 2 apartments. Luckily the 3rd has been updated a little bit and the neighbors seem a little more clean. No roaches yet! Staff is very friendly, especially maintenance, yet the office seems to be incompetent at times for simple requests. Have never had issues with neighbors. All in all, I would say you pay for what you get. Reasonable price, excellent location but older apartments that need some work.
