I can identify with the previous reviewer... I don't like having to drive all the way into Fountain Hills to the post office on a weekly basis because the management doesn't want a few packages to inconvenience them. I, too, have had vinyl records folded like tacos and crammed into the mailbox.
The reason we're leaving is that we received a summons to appear in court for non-payment recently after paying our rent two weeks EARLY! When confronted, management admitted the mistake, and that was it. They never checked their records before taking legal action, the guilt was just assumed. We've been perfect tenants. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.
A nice place, but management can't add or subtract well.
