Ok I am a pretty laid back person and don't complain much, but this place is THE worst complex I have ever lived in. The management is very unprofessional and can't even remember who you are when you walk in the office and it's a tiny complex!'!' In the 8 months I have lived here the water has been shut off FIVE times and the management acts like no big deal each time. The pool hours are posted as being closed at 10:30pm...not true!! There is a party in the pool every night in the spring/summer time! I mean loud music, cannon ball contests, screaming drunks, etc all at 12-2:00 in the morning during the work week! I have called the office about this every time this happens (about 15 times since moving in) and they say to call the police and hopefully it will stop. What!'!'! This isn't the police's problem - it is Casa Santa Fe's! They also have raised my rent two times!! I could go on more here about the troubles I faced since moving here, but don't have the time. Plain and simple - do NOT move here EVER!
