Unit is overall awesome. Few issues are there though. Our electric bill was sky rocketing even though we lived during winter time (from $75 - $150 per month for a one-bedroom). The management said that no one ever complained about that..

Living next to the pool, we had to deal with drunk people cursing and chatting till 4:00am some times.

The management has a fake persona to it. You never feel they give a damn about your problem or have a serious intent to solve it (even though they try to wear such an air) except for Kathy (she is genuine).

If they try to sell you "there is Internet coverage throughout", don't buy that, it's a story ..

For the quality of service provided, I think the rent is high.
