We're glad we didn't see all of these bad reviews before we moved to Casa Santa Fe, or else we may not have even stopped by. We loved our apartment. Everything was very new and well maintained. There was a lot of storage space, the complex was quiet and we always had plenty of parking. The location was really great, and we enjoyed the apartment style (inside and out). The price was great for an apartment in the Scottsdale area.
We did get an eviction notice once (after we paid our rent early), but it was quickly and easily resolved. Also, the electricity bill did go up quite a bit in the summer, but that's the way it goes in Arizona.
