My car was stolen from my parking spot. No care in the world to the complex, even though they require rental liability ins to cover their ass and it won't cover your property unless you pay out of the ass. Leaf blowers every Monday morning 7AM outside your windows full throttle, make sure that's not your day to sleep in. Purchase a broom for your patio if your on the 1st floor cause you will have to sweep every Monday, they blow trash around instead of picking it up. Alot of shady tenants like most apt complexes, most with large dogs. Multiple people in units that I seen... My unit was better than others I had seen and still overpriced if you ask me and I was getting a deal... No security, poor lighting. One lock on my door, not even a chain or second lock for security when your sleeping. If someone has the key they can walk in. This is one of the gateways for trash to live in Snottsdale. They need to remodel. Living West of the I-17 is about as safe.
