City Place at Paradise Valley

great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Just moved in this May, community is very friendly. Services and facilities are very outstanding, great staff. The apartment itself is clean, big, and well maintained. Noise levels are excellent - neighbors are nice. The grounds are also well kept & clean. The location of the apt is also very convenient, near the Paradise Valley Mall, Scottsdale Fashion Square, etc. Overall, this is a great apt to live. A gate would be a great addition to the apt, but this is a safe neighborhood to live (check the Scottsdale police report by zip if you don't believe me).
