Expensive for what you get. Trying to cross Shea BLvd is a complete nightmare with no light. Many of my friends had some break ins years ago but I was fortunate not have any. Cable TV was cut in the middle of my lease. Forced to go with Qwest phone vs cox because of contract with facility. What a nightmare!
