I lived at this complex for two years while in college. Initially, I though City Place was a wonderful place to live; however, during my second year the quality of my "neighbors" seemed to decline drastically. During the final month of my lease, I was served with an eviction notice because the office had lost my rent check. I had several witnesses to the fact that I had given them my rent check, but because they could not find it, I was still penalized with the late fees. The only strong point of this complex was the fast response from maintenance.
