Could do better.

So far after nearly two months of living here I would have to rate this as my least favorite of the four apartments I have stayed in since I moved to the Phoenix area.
1. The management - to date they have been nice but not too helpful - First we live under a two year old. I would hope they would put young kids on the bottom level but not the case. In case you have not lived under a small child it is awfully noisy (thank goodness they are nice and try to keep the thumps down). The management still has not been able to work out the correct parking spot. I have been through 4 different people which makes it difficult since you have to explain your situation each time.
3. Poor safety - My car has already been broken into. The last time my car was broken into, at another apartment, the apartment sent out letters to the other residents to keep them informed.
4. The grounds, pool, gym - Nice, good size, cardio equipment can get busy.
5. The residents - Compared to other places the residents have been the nicest and most polite - Minus the problem with the parking space and the letters on my car from the other person who was assigned it.
Final Word:
When your throwing 950 out a month I think you should be extremely happy with the place. In our opinion there are better choices out there for the money.
Oh yes I should note though that the maintence crew has been very quick to act!!!
