I have lived at this community for the last 9 months in which it has been bought and sold three different times. I am in the property management field and I know the way in which Colonial Grand runs their office/community is very unprofessional. I have been here with the two previous management companies and they were great; however, since Colonial Grand came in things have gone down hill. I know these ratings are hard to belive caues usually it is angry residents (which I remind people every time they call the community I work at regarding bad ratings) but if I were you, I would not rent. I have lived at communities managerd by PB Bell, Mark Taylor and now Colonial and I would recommend either but this one. There are quiet a few apartments within the surrounding area where you will get much better service. I have been told that my rent amound is three different amounts in the last week and all I am trying to find out is my base rent, before concessions and what their tax rate is so for future months I can have the exact amount for the check instead of calling each month. My recommendation to you is don't rent here and go with a PB BELL property or MARK TAYLOR property, they are both all over between Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, etc.
