Ok, when I first moved into these apartments they were under different management, which causes problems in itself, but can't be helped so I'll let that go. After about 2 months of living here my dishwasher started work poorly, so after trying how I knew to correct the problem, I went to the management and let them know. I was told- Use a different soap, and make sure to run the water hot before turning on the dishwasher (which I already do). I called them a week later after it still not working, and now leaking. Maintenece came out and told me to get one of those "dishwasher cleaning products". So relentless, I did, It helped for a day. And after that it was back to the same problem. This dishwasher problem continued for 4 months! Of them coming out, telling me it was our fault and then leaving. Or them scheduling a day to come out and never showing up... Or them continuing to tell me to get random products that don't work. Finally I got them to replace it, but it took another month from the day they said they would replace it, with them telling me they didn't have permission to enter, etc. All of which was BS. The whole experience was lame in general.

Another problem with my dog, my neighbor above me complained that my dog was barking, at 9pm. Which I know is late, but its within the scottsdale ordinance for noise, which said it is a problem after 10pm. And you better believe I made sure my dog was quiet after 10. He would also complain about our surround sound when watching a movie at say 8pm. It was ridiculous! I was very cooperative about it, if he complained I turned down my stereo or tv, and tried to quiet my dog. But he then continued to complain and even complained to the office who then threatened me with 1 more complaint (after only 1 in the first place) I'd have to leave. Without even investigating the situation. So I countered the complaint and threatened harassment since I was within the scottsdale laws and complex rules. After that he stopped, but it was only after 6 months of this going on that he finally ended his tirade on me and the person living across from him.

Their prices are now laughable. "Best Deal In Town" yeah right! However- they do have a few good points- The fitness center is AMAZING! And is much better now than it was before, and there is SO much parking you never have to worry about when people come over. In the last month or 2 things have gotten better, they've added more lighting outside and the location is great and in a good neighborhood, but the hastles don't make it worth while at all. If you do decide to move in here please keep in mind the terrors and torchure you'll go through just to get things taken care of.
