I would have to agree with most of the reviews I just read about the Colonial Grand. We moved in July 07 to an upstairs apartment...all the appliances are old! The dishwasher doesn't work that great and the air conditioner started to leak a month after we moved in. It took maintenance 2 weeks to fix it. The parking is awful. The pool is always dirty. I have found that the residents are disrespectful and litter...leaving beer cans, cigarette butts everywhere. It is nosiey friday and saturday nights...people yelling in the parking lot, loud music, people partying all night. Management doesn't seem to care...in fact, is there management'...could of fooled me. There is a front gate...never locked though. My car gotten broken into shortly after I moved in...nothing was done and no one seemed to care. So I don't feel safe here. Can't wait to move! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
