I LIVED IN THE COLONIAL GRAND APT IN SCOTTSDALE, AND THE RENTAL OFFICE IS JUST FULL OF RUDE PEOPLE.THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. WHEN I LIVED THEIR MY REFRIGERATOR BROKE AND THEY TOOK A WEEK TO GET ME A NEW ONE AND WOUDLNT EVEN REIMBURSE ME FOR MY LOST GROCERIES. KNOWING I TOLD THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THE REFRIGERATOR LEAKING, AND DISREGARDED MY CONCERNS. THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO SIGN ME OFF MY LEASE AND ENDED UP GIVING ME PHONY PAPERS AND SENDING ME A $5,000 EARLY TERMINATION BILL.CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT''

I completely believe this. I lived there last year and they did some sort of paperwork audit. They redid all the lease stuff and made us resign it 6 months after we had moved in. It was very disconcerting because we couldn't see the old contracts and what we were signing. We were very clean tenants and got back no security deposit when we moved out. They would not give us a reason. The whole process of living there was a constant frustration. Whenever our appliances were broken (this happened to us twice), they were slow and wouldn't return phone calls.
