I live at the North property.. 6400 E Thomas and thankfully my boyfriend lets me sleep over almost every night because I do not EVER sleep through a full night here. The doors make an INSANE amount of noise in my building, people slam them left and right and I'm on the third floor, and a first floor door slam makes my walls shake when I lay in bed. And these aren't "slammed' they are just not shut gently. I'd hate to hear it if someone DID slam the door for real! So then one night I'm sitting on my couch and I literally saw a cockroach crawl across my floor. NO JOKE. I live in a clean room the way I clean is ridiculous.. disinfect my shower weekly, counters daily, etc. NO EXCUSE for the cockroach to be in my apartment.
THEN if that isn't enough.. the third floor bathtub & bathroom sink are continuously clogged.. Have put in the 3rd maintenace request for them to snake out the drains... all they will do is pour Drano or Liquid Plumber down the drain which fixes it for a few days. ALSO - only ONE out of FOUR treadmills work at the gym. TWO out of THREE elliptical machines work. Why go to the gym when out of 7 pieces of gym equipment, only THREE of them work'' Its such a piece!! Not to mention the rude kids that live there and almost run you over in the parking lot. NO THANKS. Cant WAIT to move.
