Since Colonial took over no one answers the phone. They let the machine get it.
then never call back. Office management is pathetic. Even if they are in the
office, they don't answer.
They act like a company that is going down the tubes.

I know. What is up with Colonial Grand and never answering the phone. They have new manager and assistant manager and they are the absolute worst so far to date. In 1 year, 3 or 4 new managers. LOSERS!
