Yes, there have been termites, roaches, and ants in my apartment, and while the management says they immediately send an exterminator when I've informed them of the problem, I've had to dip into my own pocket to pay for a real, live exterminator to get rid of a real, live problem. I shouldn't have to do that in rented space. Urg. Management is typical. Rude, yes. They act like you're an inconvenience every time you have a question. This place is anything BUT luxury. Mostly a party place where nasty people get away with the most obscene behavior because no one cares. If the police receive a call from this apartment complex, they're slow to come because they're called all of the time about things the management should handle. I'm lucky I have good neighbors who are considerate, but this is not a place you want to live. I've lived here for two years because I had a bad roommate, and the only way to get out of my old lease with the company was to sign a new one as a single tenant, but that has not been a solution to the problems with this place. Can't wait to be rid of this place.
