First of all the staff knows nothing about the apartments and never get anything done. My AC was out for almost 4 days and they kept sending the maintenance man to the wrong apartment number and when I'd talk to the lady on the phone she acted like she was stupid and didn't know what was going on. Another thing is ALL of the machines in the apartment gym have been broken for almost 5 months and when I call to ask when they will get fixed this is my answer "um im not sure". These people are incompitant and it's ridiculous. The gates to get into this community have been broken numerous times and yet nothing gets done until weeks later. This is the worst apartment building ive ever lived in and I dont think ill invest in another Mark Taylor property for as long as I live. This definatley isn't worth your money so please don't live here.

Just an FYI this is not a Mark Taylor property, they sold it a couple years back to the yahoos that run it now. Thank goodness my lease is up soon, I cannot wait to move out of this dump. My lease is almost up, and I still have a washing machine that leaks. Leaked from day 1. I gave up trying to get them to fix it months ago. A couple weeks ago someone ripped up a phone book and scattered the pages throughout one of the buildings. They are still there to this day. Incompetent management, pathetic maintenance, and a pool that random college kids show up and scatter beer cans around the complex (the top of the car ports look like big ashtrays lol). If you have kids, or any need for a peaceful existance, stay away. One of the most stressful experiences of my life. I am almost free...

I AGREE AND I MOVED TO SAN MARIN...MY FRIEND SAID THAT SHE LOVES IT THERE AND THEIR STAFF ANSWERS THE PHONE AND GET'S ---- DONE! SO FAR...MY APARTMENT LOOKS GOOD, EVERYTHING WORKS IN THE GYM AND THE POOL IS LIKE BEING ON A 24-HOUR VACATION! COME RESORT WITH ME!! lol
