I just wanted to update my experience living here. I was very very unhappy. There is light at the end of the tunnel, as a new manager showed up and has been very good. She has been very receptive to any issue I have had thus far, and was very fair when it came to negoitiating a new lease. In addition they are trying to clean up some issues, including making the pool a place you are not embarrased to go to buy implementing rules that normal people should have been following anyway. In addition, when I call the office someone actually answers the phone *GASP.

I gave negative feedback in the past here and felt it only fair to let people know it has become a better place to live since the recent staffing change....Very refreshing compared to what I had to deal with in the past...

I still call and get no answer....so not much has changed for me. I'm glad things are getting better for you but I'm moving on....what apartment complex doesn't answer their phone...I'M DONE!

things have the potential to get better, but so far the new rules at the pool have not been enforced. As soon as the office closes its party time at the pool. Weve had to call the police twice on residents. Once because they were drunk and tried to break into our apartment and another who was drunk and threatened us for no reason. I just renewed my lease ONLY because they lowered the rent by 150 dollars.....hopefully i dont regret that decision
