THe grounds are ok, and I never really had any problems with other residents with the one exception of half of my grilled meat being stolen while I was inside my apartment... But the office staff is ridiculously incompetent and unhelpful. I moved out almost two months ago and received a notice for charges outstanding. When I called, emailed, called, emailed and so forth for two months I did not receive a single response. Today , two months after recieving the notice I have finally been able to speak to someone who informed me that my security deposit was listed on my lease as a "non-refundable administration fee" in addition to all the other BS fees they tack on there do yourself a favor and move on. Over priced for what you get because of "location" and falling apart.
