Annoying: ASU students, very slow responses from both management and maintenance, and 1 parking spot per apartment (good luck finding another spot in the complex). Upside: cheap rent, good location for going out--right by old town Scottsdale (although boarderline shady neighborhood area). If you are not an ASU student, you would live here for a year and get over it.
