I've been living at the cortesian apts since last april and I really havent had any problems. I never seen a roach in my apt at all. Everything in it was remodeled and new. Some of the work has looked like they cut corners but all in all its nice. Nothing in the apt has broke except a shelf and that was easy to fix. I dont really talk to the office staff and they dont bother me. The place is really quiet and in a nice neighborhood. And the rent is really cheap. I really like this place for the rent i pay and the community. For anyone looking for a place i would recommend this.
