I have lived in the Cortesian for more than 2 years. The property used to be Villa Maderia. Since the new manangement has come in there have been many improvements. It is centrally located place to live (near Fashion Square, grocery store, etc.) I am a 32 year old female and feel safe here. The grounds are kept clean and I have always have excellent response from maintance. My apartment was in great shape-just as promised. The office staff is not always the friendliest. However, they do take care of all requests. I have never found 1 bug. I definately would recommend it.

Why can't anyone on this site spell definitely?? Thanks for the recommendation though, I work in downtown Scottsdale and am looking to leave my current apt complex.
