The Office staff at The Cortesian apartments are extremely disrepectful to their tenants, They are so busy gossiping in the office and bad mouthing the tenants, that they have no time to care for the property. When work orders or concerns are called in, we are told in some cases to take care of it ourselves because, they are busy turning apartments over so they can pull more money out of someone who is carelss enough to sign on of their leases, Beware look elsewhere there are better deals in Scottsdale,
