I have lived at the cortesian for sometime now and have really had no problems since the new staff has come to town. I am always treated with respect. Maintenance is always very timely and gets the job done. I will resign my lease with them and make this my home for another year! I don't know why those people have written those things, they probably have caused their own greif.
